Returns & Exchanges

At Genshin Accounts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are attached, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
